The 22.5 inch Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker has tremendous volume and is very solidly built. My first time out I smoked two racks of ribs on the top rack and an 8 lb pork shoulder on the lower. It was a cold, windy rainy day and I had some trouble keeping the temperature above 200. That was mostly my fault because I should have placed it in a more protected spot. The result was delicious, but over-smoked. I am eager to try again. I have two full briskets in the freezer. I'm going to do one on each rack to see the difference.
