Eastman Outdoors 90414 ZaGrill Pizza Cooker Right now


we've used this almost every week for nearly 2 years. My wife makes great pizza, but using this instead of the oven takes it up a notch for the smoky brick-oven flavor. Never used it with Boboli or other pre-made shell, so I cannot vouch for that.

A thermometer is a must, our attached one works very well. We also use a smoker box and put in a small handful of chips to get the really good flavor (the grill is propane).

We always coat the pan part with oil before each use, and it never sticks.

If you don't already make your own pizza, it may be a bit of a challenge, but if you do make your own, its pretty easy to adapt to, and only took us a few times to get the time and temperature just right.
