Adding a small amount of convenience to your nighttime BBQ session, this grill light helps ensure that you never have to remember a flashlight again. Kinda worth it?? I guess so. Cheapest Bradley Apple Bisquettes 48 pack

This is my favorite flavor of the Bradley smoke bisquettes. It is mild flavored so it does not overwhelm the meat but provides a subtle smoke flavor. We've used these on chicken, pork roast, and ribs. It's not disappointed us ever. Get more detail about Bradley Apple Bisquettes 48 pack.

Buying Weber 751001 22 1/2-Inch One-Touch Gold Charcoal Grill, Black

I have to say I am quite disappointed with this grill. After handing down my hand-me-down Charbroil due to a move, I was excited to get this Weber (my wife calls me a brand whore). My excitement abruptly dwindled. First of all, when I opened the box, I quickly realized that some of the parts were missing. When I finally did get the parts (a week later) and assembled the grill (a week later), I found that the lid did not fit the bowl well. While smoking a pork shoulder, I stood there watching the smoke pouring out of one side of the grill. When I measured the lid's diameter at several different points, I found that the lid was out-of-round by about 3-1/2 inches. While Weber's customer service is very good (which is the only reason I gave this 2 stars), I will tell anyone who will listen to go with the less expensive, albeit less glamorous, Charbroil.Get more detail about Weber 751001 22 1/2-Inch One-Touch Gold Charcoal Grill, Black.

Buy Bradley Hickory Bisquettes 120 pack

I've used all the different smoke "flavors" of the Bradley Bisquettes in my electric Bradley Smoker. The Pecan Bisquettes are absolutely the best for slow smoking chicken and fish. I got the best price through Amazon.com, which is important for me since I tend to buy in large quantities. I get the best results smoking a "flattened chicken*" at 200 degrees for almost 3 hours with the Pecan Bisquettes.

Shop For Weber Style 6434 Professional-Grade Vegetable Basket

I'd prefer one that is smaller, has a handle, has a lid. This takes up about a third of my cooking surface.
Another complaint is that the holes feel sharp as you are washing it. If you have a large family, go for it.Get more detail about Weber Style 6434 Professional-Grade Vegetable Basket.

Weber 7403 Char-Basket Charcoal Briquet Holders

Weber makes great stuff, but do you really need these? Just bank all the coals on one side of the kettle and put the meat on the other. Position the lid with the vent opposite the coals. Perfecto-mundo

Weber 10020 Smokey Joe Silver Charcoal Grill, Black Review

This is a great small grill, but I prefer the somewhat more expensive Weber Charcoal Go-Anywhere, which has more vents and folds up neatly for travel. If you plan to set this grill up on your deck or balcony and not travel much with it, this grill would work well.Get more detail about Weber 10020 Smokey Joe Silver Charcoal Grill, Black.

Weber 6448 Style Heavy-Duty Grill Brush Top Quality

Get's the job done. Good design, sturdy, easy to handle. Long enough to use when the grill's really hot without having to worry about burning your hand. The scrapers on the sides are an added bonus since they're designed to fit over the individual grates on Weber grills -- for burnt-on remnants, can scrape the grates clean fairly quickly and easily.

Very worthwhile purchase. Wish I had bought one sooner.Get more detail about Weber 6448 Style Heavy-Duty Grill Brush.

Weber 731001 Smokey Mountain Cooker 22-1/2-Inch Smoker Immediately

The 22.5 inch Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker has tremendous volume and is very solidly built. My first time out I smoked two racks of ribs on the top rack and an 8 lb pork shoulder on the lower. It was a cold, windy rainy day and I had some trouble keeping the temperature above 200. That was mostly my fault because I should have placed it in a more protected spot. The result was delicious, but over-smoked. I am eager to try again. I have two full briskets in the freezer. I'm going to do one on each rack to see the difference. Mr. Bar-B-Q Oversized Dual Grill Brush Buy Now

I tossed this after a couple uses for 3 reasons:
1. The long plastic handle is not strudy enough and gives as you scrub the grate so there is not enough pressure applied to the grate for cleaning.
2. The wire bristles are not stiff enough and also give when you scrub and after a couple uses they start falling off.
3. There is no string or loop to hang the brush on the side of the grill. I know, not a huge deal and I could add my own, but a product like this should come with one.

Weber 3751001 Genesis E-320 Propane Gas Grill, Black Order Now

This is the second Weber gas grill I have owned since 1996. My first was a Weber Summit II but I, foolishly, gave it to my nephew about 4 years ago, because I got a good deal on a Frigidaire GL30. I regretted that decision many times because, from day one, the Frigidaire was nothing but a very pretty, but useless heap of stainless steel. When it blew up in my face a few weeks ago, I took the opportunity to return to the very best grill in the market place, because my nephew refused to give back my now 14 year old Summit, which is still working at peak performance. After many days of internet shopping, I ordered the Weber E 320 from Amazon for $669.00 with free shipping. Although it was shipped from Portland, Oregon to Flat Rock, North Carolina, it arrived on time in good condition. It comes in a very big and heavy box but the driver placed it in my garage where it would be the best area to assemble the grill. It is the intention of this review to pass on a few assembly tips. After opening the top of the box and removing the parts that are tucked around the sides of the box, you will be faced with trying to lift the entire hood assembly (the pictorial shows two men lifting from both sides). If, at this point, you take a box cutter and cut down the four corners of the box and lay out the sides, you will have a flat surface to work from. THEN, after removing the two hinge pins from the hood (they slide out easily) you will be able to remove the hood and set it aside. I am 78 years old and was able to do this without help. You will then notice that the die cast aluminum fire box is packed with more parts. After these parts are removed, a single person can lift out the fire box and burner assembly, which is far lighter than it looks.
Assembly of this grill is nothing short of a very happy dream. The parts are of extremely high quality and fit together with precision. I strongly suggest that you throw away the included wrench and use a 7/16 nut driver for assembly. I did use a 7/16 socket wrench to torque down the front frame support, but I left every thing finger tight until I had all of the parts of the lower cart in place. Pay close attention to the shading of the bolts and washers so you use the proper bolt and washer in the proper place. I got a bit confused while installing the front frame support, in step 2, because it is unclear as to which way the return flanges face. They do point to the outside and if you go the other way, the firebox, in step 6, will not go in place. Also, if the doors don't line up after installing, there is an adjustment of the lower pin. A 7/16 box or open end wrench is best for this adjustment. I left a gap of about 1/8 inch between the doors.
I did not want to do the assembly on our rear deck, where the grill will reside, because I was afraid that I might drop a part through the deck planking, never to be seen again. The finished grill is very heavy so I assembled the grill in the garage, except for the hood, flavorizer bars, drip pan, grates and, of course, the gas tank. At this level of assembly, my wife and myself were able to easily lift the grill into the kitchen and roll it through the house, to the rear deck where I did the final assembly.
As expected, the Weber fired up immediately and we were ready to do some really fine cooking. When I researched the E 320, I agonized over weather I should spend the extra money for the stainless steel grates and flavorizer bars, but I have quickly learned to prefer the cast iron grates. I am an amateur chef and I love the way the cast iron grates place wonderful sear marks on a good steak. If my old Summit II grill is still running after 14 years, I don't expect to be replacing any parts in the future. As an aside, I use Whirlpool stove top protectant on the porcelain hood for a super glossy surface that is easy to clean. I have it on hand for our smooth top stove and it works great on high temperature ceramic or porcelain surfaces. As a final thought, the Weber comes with a very handy gas gauge which measures the weight of the tank. It works very well so no other gauges are necessary.
I once was lost but now am found, was blind but now I see. Weber is the only grill for Me!!!! Get more detail about Weber 3751001 Genesis E-320 Propane Gas Grill, Black.

Char-Broil Patio Caddie Gas Grill Decide Now

I am a traditionalist and normally only cook on a charcoal grill. However sometimes the weather doesn't corporate (it rains or is too cool) or I just don't have enough time for grilling on coals. So I figured a small grill that I could keep on my deck would be a nice complement to my charcoal grill. Fortunately I choose well as this is an excellent small grill!

As you will see from some of the other comments, assembly isn't a total snap, but I was able to get it done while watching a football game. Not too tough; I did have to back up a step once or twice, but overall nothing much to complain about. I certainly believe most people could do it with a little bit of time.

Once I had it together, I fired it up. The starter works great, just one click most times. It heats up quick, usually ready in 5-6 minutes. Plus the grate is easy to clean if you want to. I cook for a family of four and found the size works well. You could probably cook for six but beyond that would be a challenge.

Now on to the important stuff . . . how it cooks. Super! I have cooked burgers, hot dogs, brats, pork chops, chicken wings, and steaks. You do have to cook with the lid on, but so far everything I have prepared looks, smells, and tastes great coming off the grill. Don't get me wrong, it's not as good as charcoal, but when you can't get the coals going it is a great second choice.Get more detail about Char-Broil Patio Caddie Gas Grill.

Weber 7455 Premium Cover, Fits Weber Performer Grills Right now

Not sure what some of the other reviewers were talking about, the cover fits perfectly and took all of 15 seconds to install. Also, it seems to be pretty weatherproof with no leakage of water so far. I would like to have some sort of elastic or drawstring to secure it in high winds but, all in all a good sturdy choice.Get more detail about Weber 7455 Premium Cover, Fits Weber Performer Grills.

Lowest Price Weber 566002 Q 220 Gas Grill

I bought this grill (online) to replace the latest in a series of disappointing (and increasingly expensive) backyard BBQ's that were costing me $100 worth of repair parts and considerable grief every year. Having had a single Weber charcoal grill for 25 years I knew they knew BBQ and quality. Reviewing the features of the Q series, it appeared to me ( as an engineer and discriminating BBQ'r,) that they had "a better idea. "
That said, the Weber web site is disappointing and tells you very little about the size and differences between the various Q series grills.
Ok, here goes.
My grill arrived standing on end in an apparent "rough delivery". Opening the box I saw that it was packed SUPER securely with multiple layers of form fit HD card/ fiber board. Impressive packaging. . No damage. From there it took all of 5 minutes to assemble. Two pins for the cover, two screws for the handle , a nut for the thermometer . ANYBODY could do this in 10 min (with no more than a screwdriver.) I got the Q 220 model which is their, higher end, mid sized portable. Overall closed size is 31" long x 16" wide (with the cover handle and hinges sticking out a few more inch's on each side . ). Closed height is approx 16" off the table/ground. Grill surface area is slightly football shaped and has a max dimension of 15"wx 21" long. The grill /grate itself is a 1 piece, massively heavy, ceramic coated cast iron with solid sections that protect the burner below from drippings (Very smart feature!) The cover of the Q220 is approx 7" tall in the center and includes a thermometer. (BTW, that similar in height as a 22" charcoal Weber and 1" taller than the 200) IMHO, the grill size is "just right" for a home grill that can still double for the occasional trip to the park or grandma's. It's still light enough for one person to carry @ 36# (w cyl) and small enough to get into your truck but big enough to grill for a extended family. ( It will hold about 12 ¼ # burgers (or 9 and 8 dogs) at one time. Just as important, the mass of the cast iron allows you to cook predictably fast and rotate food through with a decent rate/speed. The extra cover height makes it adequate to grill a whole chicken, ½ turkey or family sized roast.
As for performance, I was initially worried about the 12,500 BTU rating (which was 1/3 of my large grill.) However, with the combination of smaller cooking area , cast aluminum body and heavy grill, I'll tell you that this grill can bury the thermometer needle @ 600deg F in just 15 min after hitting the ( upgraded/more reliable) igniter . I.e. She gets HOT ! Cooking steaks seems to take ½ the time of even my stainless behemoth 42,000BTU BBQ.! Best of all when it's time to flip them, you still get that satisfying Sizzle that tells you the grill has enough reserve heat to sear the other side. ( Nothing worse than a baked $10 steak IMHO) The design is that good! One last note: The shape of the grill funnels all drippings to the easily removable /disposable waste pan. This makes the possibility of a flash fire (and /or dumping old grease everywhere ) much less likely.
