DO NOT buy from acehardware outlet. I received this product within reasonable time after it shipped. This product was a gift. After the box was opened we found that the rotisserie didn't fit the grill. I needed the 7519. I know, my mistake, but if you use [...] to find accessories for the S-320 grill the 7517 will show up. I contacted ace hardware outlet explaining my situation. I was informed I would have to ship back at my cost, (which I had no problem with), but then have to pay a restocking fee hidding in the fine print in my receipt. I understand everybody is in business to make some money, but you should handle your returns on a case by case basis. After exchanging emails with the company with no resolution, I put the item up on ebay and broke even. Needless to say I got my 7519 (not from acehardware outlet) and all is well.
