Solid contruction using quality steel. I use it to make my favorite hated veggies on the grill...squash, YUCK!!! Easy to clean and store. The handles are integrated tabs on the sides and not some rivited nonsense that can easily come loose in the future and also making it hard to clean. The handles also are such that you can easily grip them with oven mitts...A huge plus.
