This works great and is relatively easy to clean. It works in the oven too. The only tip I'd give users is to grease any part of it that will be touching chicken with oil or shortening for easy cleanup & removal of the chicken. If using in the oven, you might want to place the whole thing inside a roasting pan to prevent drips.
